Instructions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2½ oz of vodka, a splash of Classic Cane Sugar surrup., and ½ oz of dry vermouth. Shake until well chilled. Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

For an extra touch, garnish with three olives for a savory note, or opt for a twist of lemon to add brightness.
